Injection Moulding

End-to-end moulding of recycled, bio-based and virgin polymers — pellet to finished part.

Design-for-manufacture, tooling and production injection moulding under one roof — turning virgin, recycled (rPET / PCR) and bio-based polymers into finished components at scale, so the materials we recover can be moulded straight into the parts you ship.

From design to part
Step 01

Design & DfM

We review geometry for manufacturability — wall thickness, draft, gate and weld-line placement — and recommend the right resin, including PCR and bio options.

Step 02

Tooling

Single or multi-cavity moulds built and trialled to your part spec, optimised for cycle time and consistency.

Step 03

Moulding

Production on 50–1300 T presses with process monitoring, running virgin, recycled and bio-based polymers.

Step 04

Finishing & QC

Secondary operations, assembly and inspection — first-article and SPC — before packing and dispatch.

FAQ
Can you mould recycled and bio-based resins?

Yes — we run rPET, PCR engineering plastics and PLA alongside virgin, and advise where recycled content can meet your part’s requirements.

Do you build tooling?

Yes — single and multi-cavity moulds to your part spec, with a DfM review first to optimise quality and cycle time.

What volumes do you support?

From pilot runs and bridge tooling through to high-volume multi-cavity production.

Do you offer design support?

Our DfM team reviews geometry, gating and material selection before tooling to reduce risk and cost.
