Design & DfM
We review geometry for manufacturability — wall thickness, draft, gate and weld-line placement — and recommend the right resin, including PCR and bio options.

Single or multi-cavity moulds built and trialled to your part spec, optimised for cycle time and consistency.
Moulding
Production on 50–1300 T presses with process monitoring, running virgin, recycled and bio-based polymers.
Finishing & QC
Secondary operations, assembly and inspection — first-article and SPC — before packing and dispatch.
Can you mould recycled and bio-based resins?
Yes — we run rPET, PCR engineering plastics and PLA alongside virgin, and advise where recycled content can meet your part’s requirements.

Yes — single and multi-cavity moulds to your part spec, with a DfM review first to optimise quality and cycle time.
